- All prices are listed in US Dollars, unless otherwise indicated.
- All applicable state, local, federal and international taxes and fees apply and will be clearly displayed during checkout.
- Orders are not binding until payment as been accepted and verified.
- Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified.
- Shipping is free for all orders over: $50 (US only)
- We ship items Monday - Friday within 24 hours of payment.
- We do not ship on major US holidays.
- All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
- Shipping is not refundable and you will bear the cost of return shipping.
- Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging.
30 Day Return Policy
We at HotSnapZ.com are committed to customer product satisfaction. If your HotSnapZ purchase does not meet your expectations (for any reason) return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery, and you will receive a full and prompt refund on the merchandise purchase price.
Please be sure to include your first and last name, Order ID number and the reason for your return.
We make every effort to respond to all e-mails and phone calls within 2 business days. Refunds are typically made within 1-2 weeks of product return to HotSnapZ.

Product was received damaged, what can I do?
We understand that on occasion there may be some damage caused in shipment. To receive proper replacements, we do ask you to do the following:

We do ask that a photograph be taken of the damage and sent along with your email. We use such evidence to work with our shipping partners to improve their services.
1-2 business days after receiving your damage report, you should expect contact from a HotSnapZ representative to discuss replacements. No additional shipping charges or fees will apply.
